Registration

Your registration is only final when you have paid €50 in advance.

The remainder must be paid before January 29, 2027.

If you come on Friday, the remaining amount is €340 for a single room or €325 for a double room.

If you come on Saturday, the remaining amount is €215 for a single room or €207.50 for a double room.

Cancellation

At Eigentijderf we have taken an option for the weekend of (12), 13 and 14 March 2027.
If there is interest from another group for that weekend, we should be able to decide immediately whether the OGE weekend can continue.
Since we are not an association, we enter into this agreement in a personal capacity, with all the financial consequences that come with it.
In the unlikely event that you are unable to come to the weekend, you are still obliged to transfer the full amount to us before January 29, 2027. If that is more than the amount that Eigentijderf charges us, we will of course refund the difference.
In that case, you can of course use your own cancellation insurance.
