Cancellation

We have a provisional booking with Eigentijdserf for the weekend of (27), 28, and 29 March 2026.
If another group shows interest in that weekend, we must be able to make a quick decision about whether the OGE weekend can go ahead.
Since we are not a formal association, we enter into this agreement in personal capacity, with all the financial responsibilities and consequences that come with it.
If, for any reason, you are unable to attend the weekend, you are still required to pay the full amount by 15 February 2026. If that is more than the amount that Eigentijdserf charges us, we will of course refund the difference.
In that case, you can of course contact your own cancellation insurance.
